A traffic stop on Artic Avenue in Oak Grove led to drug charges for a Clarksville woman Friday afternoon. Oak Grove Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Teresa Morris for going 11 mph over the speed limit and could smell the odor of marijuana coming from her vehicle.
