Claire Marie LeCarpentier Regan was born Mar. 10, 1928 in New Orleans, La., and died at her home in Lake Charles on Mar. 9, 2026.  Claire attended high school at St. Joseph Academy, and got a bachelor’s degree in education at Loyola University, and taught first grade for a few years, all in New Orleans.
