Claims Deadline Extended for National Rexulti Class Action Settlement
The court extended the filing window for the $4.75 million settlement, giving claimants another month to seek compensation for compulsive behaviors.
The Superior Court of Québec extended the deadline for filing claims under the national Rexulti settlement to August 27, 2026, providing eligible Canadians additional time to seek compensation.
Approved by the Court on November 13, 2025, the $4.75 million settlement covers individuals prescribed Rexulti between February 16, 2017, and August 23, 2025, who experienced impulse control disorders including compulsive gambling and spending.
Class Counsel Rochon Genova oversees the litigation, while the Court Appointed Claims Administrator MNP Ltd reviews all submissions and distributes benefits per the Distribution Protocol. Claim Forms are available on the Settlement Website.
Not all Class Members who submit a claim will be eligible for compensation, and final payout amounts remain estimates that will likely vary depending on total settlement uptake.
Failure to file by August 27 may extinguish claims, so individuals seeking information on legal rights should contact Rochon Genova at 1-866-881-2292 or the Court Appointed Claims Administrator at 1 653-0027.
