In the attack on 16 August, two women, one of them pregnant, and a minor, were killed.
The two new detainees are in addition to the three suspects who were remanded in custody on 10 September.
The Guardia Civil advances in the resolution of the shooting that took place last August in Isla Cristina, where three people died, including a minor, and a pregnant baby.
The detainees, of non-Spanish nationality, would be linked to the investigation as alleged material perpetrators of the Paco 'El Trompas' shooting, the main suspect in the murder of Claudia Tacoronte in Mexico.
The Civil Guard has arrested two other persons during the investigation into the shooting in Isla Cristina, in which a 39-year-old woman, eight months pregnant, another 62-year-old and a child under 16 years of age died, five of whom have already been arrested, three of whom have already been placed in pretrial detention, informed and without bail.
