City's massive southeast development draft plan could house 7,000

Plans to designate hundreds of acres of city land in Fredericton’s southeast corner as a new growth area could see be one of the biggest extensions of city services in the the capital’s history, eventually housing up to 7,000 residents, with roughly 20 per cent of homes designated as affordable.
