La Crosse is asking for public input as it updates its Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. They’re holding two open houses on July 28 at the La Crosse Public Library where people can provide that input. The first session is from noon to 1 p.m. with the second from 5-6 p.m. There are several areas they are focused on. Two corridors, the Badger Street Greenway, and Vine Street, look to better connect the area west of West Avenue to the UWL area.…
