City talks usage of E-bicycles

The Columbus City Council discussed the rising use of motorized bicycles and what could be done to ensure the safety of both riders and the public at their regular meeting Monday. Councilmember Kathy Dougherty brought the EBike (Electric Bicycle) issue before the council dur-ing the staff reports, asking Police Chief Kyle Clark if an ordinance could be made to help ensure citizens are operating them in a safe manner.
