City says council can still refuse projects that fail planning rules despite public perception

Data provided to StratfordToday shows that between Jan. 1, 2023 and Jan. 1, 2026, city council considered four official plan amendments and 11 zoning bylaw amendments, approving six applications that together cleared the way for 297 housing units.
