EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) - The City of East Liverpool is ready to close the book on a lawsuit and subsequent settlement with a former police officer. The last part of the deal was for city council to approve a budget appropriation on Tuesday for the payout, and it did that unanimously.
