City of Pratt leaders agree to health insurance compromise - Tri-County Tribune

Pratt city leaders spent much of the July 20 regular Pratt City Commission meeting discussing the city’s employee medical insurance policy. Health insurance has been rising for more than a decade, putting pressure of the city. The city has been attempting to aggressively cut costs in order to better serve taxpayers. At the same time, the city needs to be able to hire and retain good workers.
