MITCHELL — A local property owner isn’t sure why the city of Mitchell didn’t communicate with him about dropping a nuisance complaint. Mitchell resident Kyle Beaulieu has more growing in his yard than just grass, and he received a vegetation nuisance notice from the city on Tuesday, June 9.
