Source: amherstma.gov The Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs has downgraded the drought status of the Connecticut River Valley to Level 0 – Normal Conditions. As a result of no longer being in a declared drought, the town is lifting all water use restrictions and allowing residents to return to normal usage. Note
