City of Alexandria sues ArtisTree owner for more than $400,000

ALEXANDRIA — The City of Alexandria is seeking more than $400,000 in a civil lawsuit against the owner of ArtisTree Cafe and her husband. The city is suing Jeanne Tanksley and Charles Tanksley for breach of contract, according to the complaint, which was filed in early June in Douglas County District Court.
