City looks to crack down on dilapidated properties as safety concerns mount, vacant property list grows to 205 - The Chronicle

Last week, during the City of Trinidad’s work session on June 8, city staff revealed that the municipality had identified around 205 vacant properties within the city limits and was considering significant changes to local ordinances that could give officials more power to enforce property maintenance requirements, sell liens and push neglected properties back into use.
