City of Auburn to help fund Auburn Housing Authority Ridgecrest redevelopment project

Phase I of the Auburn Housing Authority redevelopment project of the Ridgecrest Apartments has been approved by the Auburn City Council at its regular Tuesday meeting.

City Council OKs funding for Ridgecrest redevelopment

At Tuesday night’s regular meeting, the Auburn City Council approved a resolution to provide gap financing for the redevelopment of Ridgecrest, a HUD-subsidized housing community for low-income families and individuals off of North Donahue Drive.
