City commemorates 5 years of Casper Area Transit

CASPER, Wyo. — On Friday, City of Casper officials marked the five-year anniversary of Casper Area Transit with a celebration at the department’s headquarters. Casper Area Transit operates two offerings for public transportation, the fixed-route LINK service and the door-to-door ASSIST bus service.
