Citi CEO Jane Fraser’s pay rises 22% to $42 million
Feb 12 (Reuters) – Citigroup said on Thursday it had approved $42 million for CEO Jane Fraser’s 2025 total compensation, up nearly 22% year over year. The compensation includes $1.5 million of base salary, $6.075 million in cash incentive and the rest in deferred incentives, the bank said.
