The real estate frenzy spurred by the pandemic continues to influence the market, though rising mortgage rates have significantly slowed growth in some areas across the state.
Typical values in Louisville hit $632,363, while Bowling Green properties recorded a typical value of $285,245, illustrating the diverse price ranges among cities with the highest growth.
Reflecting the broad geographical spread of appreciation, Lexington-Fayette homes reached $376,095, while Owensboro properties hit $215,320 across various real estate markets.
According to the latest index data, broader economic shifts continue to drive growth, with typical home values reaching $310,127 in Morning View and $377,281 in Fort Thomas.
