Christmas coming early in Lisbon with event to give back

LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) - The Village of Lisbon is getting ready for its Christmas in July celebration Saturday afternoon. The holidays are coming a little bit early for the village. It all starts at 1 p.m. at the gazebo.
