The Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, General Dimitrios Choupis, presented his assessment of new technologies in defense, the army, and in general the relationship of the Armed Forces with society today in Prague. He spoke about the "Oplite-Citizen" in order for conscripts to defend their homeland, since, as he said, the professional army cannot create the size of military power that is necessary for a long-term conflict.
