Chiu Chih-Wei to Visit Japan to Garner Continued Support for Taiwan's Cptpp Membership

Chiu Chih-wei, a legislator from the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) and chairman of the Legislative Yuan's campaign to promote Taiwan's accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), said today that he will travel to the Japanese Diet to conduct parliamentary diplomacy and seek Japan's continued support for Taiwan's accession to the CPTPP.
