The Chinese Police Department announced on Friday the arrest of a suspect following an extensive investigation into an organized operation of EBT card fraud and ATM card cloning. According to the department, investigators at the Bureau of Criminal Investigations recovered fraudulent EBT cards, ATM card cloning devices, computers, cell phones, cash and hundreds of cards believed to be used to encode stolen information from EBT cards and ATMs.
