In the investigation into fraud in the magistrates' exam, an investigation has been started against a fifth magistrate. This is reported by Het Nieuwsblad and the news has been confirmed to our editors. It concerns a magistrate from the public prosecutor's office in Ghent. The woman denies that she had or passed on exam questions. She is said to have passed on a document that would be useful in taking the exam.
