On July 27, Kunlang Li, a Chinese man who drove a fake Chinese police car in Sydney, pleaded guilty to multiple charges in court. The Mercedes he was driving had Chinese characters for "Public Security" on it, and the English word "Police" on the hood was misspelled as "POILCE".
