The President of Brazil left a strong message in the framework of the inauguration of the GWM plant in Iracem polis. He said that the country offers predictability, which is committed to education and promised a fiscal reform.
"As an American company like Ford leaves Brazil, while Mercedes Benz leaves the state of Sao Paulo, a Chinese automaker arrives," Lula da Silva said.
