On Tuesday, 22 July, British law firm Henley & Partners published its latest ranking of the world's most powerful passports for the third quarter of 2025. This barometer, known as the "The Henley Passport Index", evaluates the freedom to travel without a visa, or with simplified formalities such as arrival visa or electronic authorization, for 199 passports across 227 destinations. Seychelles still shelling the African ranking.
Henley Passport Index ranked Chile in 14th place of the world’s most powerful passports, increasing one place from the previous measurement. The national document, which allows access to 176 countries without having to have a visa, is more modern and inclusive for people with visual disabilities.
