The number of calls to the National Emergency Appeals Service 112 increases by up to 20% during the summer, compared with the other period of the year. Zilnic, operators, in total, averaged between 6,500 and 7000 applications, and approximately 65% of these are real calls, which require immediate intervention, says Ana Carpovici, a spokesman for the Service 112.
In the previous 24 hours, the teams of the Institute for Emergency Medicine in Kragujevac carried out 57 field visits (36 during the day and 21 during the night). 71 examinations of adults were performed in the outpatient clinic (22 during the day and 49 during the night).
