In a camp in North Rhine-Westphalia several children and young people get circulatory problems due to the high heat. The rescue service has to treat many of them. Some had to stop the camp.
A total of 63 children and adolescents struggled with circulatory problems. A child even had to go to the hospital. The camp took place on the campground "Ruraue" in Hückelhoven, Germany.
As the number of people affected continued to increase, a "mass attack of injured persons" was declared. A child was taken to a child's hospital.
