Boy, 12, charged over fire that tore through Kilmarnock shops

KILMARNOCK, AYRSHIRE, SCOTLAND, JUL 14 – Six fire engines responded to the wilful blaze that destroyed several businesses and forced closure of part of Kilmarnock’s high street, police said.
