CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - It was an exciting day in Chicopee on Wednesday for two members of the Chicopee Fire Department, as a new captain and lieutenant were sworn in and pinned. Nicholas Brown was promoted to the rank of captain, and Gregory Pray to the rank of lieutenant.
