UPDATE: Chattanooga City Council Votes on Chicken Ordinance During Tuesday's Meeting

HAMILTON COUNTY, TENNESSEE, JUL 23 – The ordinance caps hens at eight per single-family lot and bans roosters, egg sales, and chick incubation to minimize neighborhood impact, after 12 years of efforts.
