The Chiayi Charity Group was founded in 1965. Its predecessor was the "Charity Hall" and it was composed of a group of kind-hearted people who dedicated themselves silently. Today (31), the 60th anniversary outstanding volunteer recognition and member gathering thanksgiving dinner was held at Man Fu Lou.
