Chiapas Approves Work Leave Due to Gestational, Perinatal or Neonatal Mourning

San Cristóbal de las Casas.—The Chiapas Congress approved reforms that grant mourning leave to working fathers and mothers in cases of gestational, perinatal or neonatal death. The measure guarantees a minimum of five working days with pay, regardless of the length of service.
