CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Cheyenne man is facing multiple felony charges after police say he broke into a business and stole a vehicle worth $28,000 early Nov. 12. Zachary Martin Munoz, 34, was arrested on charges of motor vehicle theft, third-time-or-subsequent possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in pill/capsule form, burglary and possession of burglary tools.
