POLICE have launched a new road safety campaign as winter driving conditions take hold.

Road safety group reminds road users to take extra care

CHESHIRE’S Road Safety Group has launched a campaign to remind everyone who uses the road to take extra care on their journeys as the days shorten. The group has representatives from Warrington, Halton, Cheshire East and Cheshire West and Chester Councils, Cheshire Constabulary, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service and Highways England, working together to reduce the number of people killed or injured on Cheshire roads.
