The Court of Appeal of Metz (Moselle) issued its decision concerning the Château de La Rochepot, this Thursday, March 12th in the day. The remarkable building of the south of the Côte d'Or is going to be confiscated from its former Ukrainian owner, Dmitri Malinovsky.
The decision of the Metz Court of Appeal was expected with some excitement on the side of La Rochepot. It finally fell on Thursday 12 March 2026: the former owner of the premises, Dmitri Malinovsky, was officially confiscated.
