CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A new shop selling aromatic teas that spotlight the history of American beverages is now open in downtown Charleston. Oliver Pluff and Co. is a quaint tea, toddy, and coffee shop on John Street, around the corner from the Record Stop on King.
