The City of Charleston today announced two major recreation projects launching as part of the city’s Parks & Recreation Master Plan, funded by the $70 million Parks Bond Referendum overwhelmingly approved by voters in 2023. Last week, Charleston City Council approved $3.3 million to begin the design phase for both projects.
