Owners of electric cars pay VAT twice when charging them using electricity from their homeowners' association (VvE). Vereniging Eigen Huis (VEH) considers this unacceptable and has therefore asked State Secretary Eelco Eerenberg (Finance) for a solution. VEH suggests an exception or a leniency arrangement, as existing solutions are ‘not practically feasible’.
