Charges urged to be upgraded in viral parade harassment case

An elderly woman and her grandchild were verbally harassed and had beer thrown on them at the Krewe of Centaur parade, resulting in the arrest of Georgie Creamer for simple battery, with the victim's lawyer urging the Shreveport City Attorney's office to upgrade the charge to simple battery of a person with infirmities and add a simple battery charge for the child.
