Quinte West OPP and Belleville Police Service have been hard at work in a traffic enforcement blitz along Old Highway 2. The joint effort began on July 3. Since then, 123 charges have been laid against drivers. The majority of the charges have been for speeding, with a total of 95 charges laid.
