A 31-year-old Peterborough man is facing multiple charges following an incident Friday afternoon. Police say officers were called around 3 pm to the Reid Street area just north of Sherbrooke Street after reports of a man walking with his pants down and genitals exposed while also throwing rocks at vehicles.
