COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A woman who was arrested on Friday after having a high-speed chase with law enforcement in the wrong lane of Highway 63 was charged on Monday. Emily Berry, 48, of Columbia, was charged with aggravated fleeing and misdemeanor driving while revoked.
