A man from Lamar was scammed out of $150,000 and now a man from Edmond, Oklahoma, is facing four counts of financial exploitation of an elderly person charges. Court documents allege that the scammer, 26-year-old Ravi Amanaganti, claimed he was from the Federal Trade Commission and that the Lamar man’s bank account was compromised.
