As the full effect of Microsoft’s devastating round of layoffs becomes clearer, Blizzard has announced that mobile game Warcraft Rumble won’t get any new content, with its developers reporting they have been laid off.
The last few days have been filled with bad news from the Xbox stable, and unfortunately, it seems that we are still not finished. The changes also affect the Activision Blizzard branch, as we have known since Wednesday afternoon, when the development teams focused on the series were to be reduced.
Blizzard puts an end to the development of its mobile game based on the Warcraft universe, a decision that comes as the company goes through a wave of layoffs. This ambitious project will not see the light of day on smartphones and tablets.
