In Chad, the government has recently set up a new administration at the level of all the provinces of the country. New magistrates have been appointed at all levels. These appointments have been scrutinized by political parties and ordinary citizens. The opposition slammed at appointments within the ruling party alone, but also appointments that would not take into account the country's great balances, particularly regional ones.
