The Cetinje police arrested a married couple from that town, Š.K. and A.S., on suspicion of having committed criminal acts of human trafficking and domestic violence against three minors aged eight, 13 and 15, the Police Directorate announced.
The foster parents abused three children, forced them to work and look after their grandchildren - The Police Administration confirmed that the children, in cooperation with the officers of the Center for Social Work, were taken care of and placed in a safe location
