César "the Abuser" Sued the U.S. for $7 Million for Alleged Lack of Medical Care.

Dominican César Emilio Peralta, better known as (César el Abusador), who is in prison in Puerto Rico on charges of transnational drug trafficking, filed a lawsuit against that nation for seven million dollars alleging lack of medical care.
