A Medford woman is in jail after Oregon State Police say she crashed into a motorcycle on Highway 62, killing two people. A Dodge Ram pickup driven by Kristin Michelle Cowan struck the back of a Kawasaki Eliminator motorcycle on May 11 at 9:38 p.m. The crash happened near milepost 3 in Jackson County.
