A Dauphin County man will spend more than 20 years in prison for beating his girlfriend’s infant to death in 2019 at the Marriott TownePlace Suites in Harrisburg. Luis Quinones, 35, of Harrisburg, will spend 23 to 47 years in prison for third-degree murder per a sentencing order handed down by Dauphin County Judge Ed Marsico May 27.
